世界女童軍協會
The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS)
世界女童軍協會(WAGGGS簡稱世協)是國際女童軍機構的正式代表機構。她由150多會員機構(MOs)組成，分成五大區：非洲、亞拉伯、亞洲太平洋、歐洲及西半球。現在世協約有一千萬名會員；是全球最大為女孩子及青年婦女服務的義務機構。
通過她的會員機構，世協提供給女孩子及青年婦女一個高質素的非正規教育活動，包括生活技能，領導才能及決策能力的訓練。
The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) is the official umbrella organization for the national Girl Guide and Girl Scout organizations. it comprises more than 150 Member Organizations (MOs), which are organized into five regions i.e. Africa, Arab, Asia Pacific, Europe and Western Hemisphere. Altogether, WAGGGS has approximately 10 million members and is the largest voluntary movement dedicated to empowering girls and young women in the world.
Through its MOs, WAGGGS provides girls and young women with a high quality non-formal education programme, including training in life skills, leadership and decision making.
我們的背景
世界女童軍協會亞太之友
1999年由卞柱仙博士創立亞太之友都是由志趣相投、有愛心的獨立人士或企業為亞太區提供財政支援以確保女孩子及青年婦女能盡展潛能成為有責任感的世界公民。支持亞太區，提供難得的機會 / 活動 / 培訓項目給予區內女孩子及青年婦女，亦支援新加入亞太區的會員機構 。
會員大會是亞太之友會員之正式會議。每3年舉行一次，而每次均會為工作小組選出6位委員，負責處理3年內之行政工作。每次會員大會均盡可能在不同會員國家舉行。大會提供機會讓不同國家會員交流意見、分享經驗及享受旅遊樂趣。
Our background
Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS (FAPW)
Founded in 1999 by Dato Dr’ Juseon Byun. Friends are like-minded, caring individuals or corporations who provide financial support to the AP Region to ensure girls and young women develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world.
Supports the AP Region to provide incredible opportunities, programmes, training and events for girls and young women in the region. Supports new countries joining AP Region.
A General Assembly is the official meeting of members of FAPW. A General Assembly is held once every three years at which a Working Group, consisting of six people, is elected to administer the FAPW for the ensuing three years.
At each General Assembly, the location of the next General Assembly will be announced, which as far as possible shall be in a different country. Each General Assembly provides opportunity to meet members from other countries, exchange ideas, share experiences and enjoy travel in that country.
亞太之友-香港區的成立
亞太之友- 香港區成立於2001年，由第一任的地區聯絡人，徐蔡慕慈女士帶領一群女童軍友好組成起來，而馬寶娜女士(Mrs Ruby Master)亦熱心推廣，經過徐蔡慕慈女士多年來的積極推動，會員人數慢慢遞增。2024年會員人數已超過三百多位。
Establishment of FAPW Hong Kong
The very first Country Coordinator of Hong Kong, Mrs Anna Chui, led a group of guiding friends to form FAPW-Hong Kong in 2001. Mrs Ruby Master pushed the plan enthusiastically. Whereupon, Mrs Anna Chui promoted energetically, the membership increased gradually. We are over 300 members in 2024.
目的
透過推介世界女童軍協會亞太區之友，招募更多香港區會員，盡力支持香港女童軍及亞太區；為女孩及年青女性提供更多機會發展領導才能。
Objective
By promoting the Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS, we will recruit more Hong Kong members and try our best to support the Hong Kong Girl Guides and the Asia-Pacific region; and provide more opportunities for girls and young women to develop their leadership skills.

FAPW is made up of over 3000 Friends across more than 30 countries. All share the core belief of enabling girls throughout the AP Region to reach their full potential.

亞太之友歡迎所有認同世界女童軍協會的願景及使命之個別人士加入。並願意捐贈相當於80英鎊或以上的款項。
總共有8個捐款級別，根據個人意願（如有疑問可向我們查詢） 捐獻後，可成為終生會員。
CAN I JOIN?
Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS is open to any individual who supports the Vision and Mission of WAGGGS and who donates £80 or more towards the Asia, Pacific Region.
There are 8 levels of which are based on your lifetime giving (Ask us if you’re not sure), so once you’re eligible for one of our levels, you can be a Friend for life!

會員級別
設有9個級別，全部均為終生會籍 (若不清楚之處，可向我們查詢)。只要加入成為其中任何級別的會員，你便會成為一輩子的亞太之友。要加入，捐獻你所選級別的款額；如要升級，只需捐獻你現時級別與所選級別的款項差額。
FAPW Giving Levels
There are nine levels, all of which are based on your lifetime giving (Ask us if you're not sure), so once you're eligible for one of our levels, you can be a Friend for life!
To join, donate the amount for your chosen level. To upgrade, pay the difference between your current level and new level.

FAPW AWARDS亞太之友奬章
亞太之友設計了兩個特別奬章，以感謝長期支持亞太之友並超過主捐獻者之會員。
Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS (FAPW) have created two very special awards in appreciation of continued donations beyond the membership level of Major Donor.
亞太之友銀章及證書是頒給累積超過英鎊3000 (港幣33000)之會員。
The FAPW Silver Award Pin and certificate are presented to members whose cumulative donations total more than £3000 (HKD33000).
亞太之友金章及證書是頒給累積超過英鎊5000 (港幣55000)之會員。
The FAPW Gold Award Pin and certificate are presented to members whose cumulative donations total more than £5000 (HKD55000).
亞太之友銀奬及金奬並不納入8個級別之中，而是作為會員慷慨捐獻之認同及欣賞。這奬項於每3年一次的亞太之友會員大會上頒發。
The FAPW Silver Award and the FAPW Gold Award are not membership levels but recognition and appreciation of the generosity of our members. The Awards will be presented at the FAPW General Assembly every 3 years.

新一屆執行委員會已於5月17日周年會員大會中選出。由佘徐瑞蘭繼任地區聯絡人，秘書由梁慧敏出任，財政由蘇羽文出任。
The new term of Committee Members were elected at Annual Membership Gerenal Meeting on 17th May. Winnie She extends her term to be Country Coordinator. Selina So and Pauline Leung will be Secretary and Treasurer repersentative.

7th FAPW General Assembly in Cambodia

每3年一次的亞太之友會員大會今年在柬埔寨舉行。活動內容包括：開幕典禮、會員章頒發典禮、賣物會、觀光、品嘗街頭小食、植樹活動、送別晚宴等。香港所配名額只有10個，如欲參加，從速報名。
General Assembly is held every 3 years, this assembly will be held in Cambodia. The activities includes, Grand Opening, Pin & Cerificate Presentation Ceremony, Brazzar, Sightseeing, Street Food, Plant Trees, Farwell Party etc. Hong Kong is allocated 10 quotas. Please apply ASAP.

為慶況香港亞太之友成立20週年，我們舉辦會員歡聚午宴，籍此更進行會員章及證書頒發。我們邀請了香港總監李細燕女士BBS JP擔任主禮嘉賓。除了獲得卞柱仙博士, 工作小組主席Ching及世界女童軍協會亞太地區委員會主席Ms Chempaka送來的祝賀，更收到其他國家的祝福。是次聚會是疫情以來首個的大型活動，所有出席會員及嘉賓都盡興以歸。
In order to celebrate the foundation of FAPW Hong Kong for 20 years, we held a member gathering luncheon, as well as the membership pin & certificate presentation ceremony. We sincerely invited HKGGA Chief Commissioner Ms Jeanne Lee as our Guest of Honor. Dr. Juseon, the Chairman of Working Group, Ching, and WAGGGS Asia Pacific Regional Committee Chairman Ms Chempaka send us greeting messages, we also received warm messages from other countries. This was the first event from pandemic, all participants and guest were enjoyable and had a great time.

一年一度的會員大會因社會運動而一度延期。是次會議特別安排烹飪活動，由秘書林美儀教授會員2款小食。各人為成功焗製食物而感到興奮。
Affected by society event, the Annual Meeting was postponed. A cooking class was taught by Yvonne Lam, our secretary, baked 2 pastry snacks. All members delighted with the successful of baking food.

世界女童軍協會亞太區執委會主席Marybelle Demot Marinas及世界女童軍協會聯繫經理Grace Tam到香港公幹，並與香港亞太之友執委會委員會面，更邀得亞太區執委會委員亞太之友負責人，佘徐瑞蘭一同出席會議。
The Chair of Asia Pacific Regional Committee, Marybelle Demot Marinas and Relationship Manager at World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, Grace Tam visited Hong Kong for business. They had a meeting with FAPW Hong Kong Committee, and also Member, Asia Pacific Regional Committee & Committee Liaison person with FAPW Working Group, Winnie She was invited to join the meeting.

日本名古屋之旅

亞太之友香港區會員與日本名古屋區亞太之友舉行交流活動。多謝前日本亞太之友統籌員Masako Kajiura(梶浦昌子)協助安排五日四夜行程，包括名古屋市、岐阜縣和三重縣。全程由三重縣當地旅行社安排，行程豐富，絕非一般旅遊路線。
FAPW HK will hold a trip to Nagoya, Japan. Great thanks to Mrs Masako Kajiura (Former Coordinator of FAPW Japan) for assisting to plan the event. We will meet Friends of AP WAGGGS in Nagoya Prefecture. The itinerary is prepared by Mie Prefecture Travel Agency. This is a special route designed for us.

Helena May Fun Afternoon Tea

梅夫人婦女會與香港女童軍總會同樣在 1916 年成立，至今已有一百年歷史。與香港女童軍有著深厚關係。而屹立於花園道的會址，1993年更被古物古蹟辦事處評定為古蹟文物之一，裡裡外外均帶有濃烈的英倫及殖民地色彩。活動當日共有24位會員出席。Sir David Akers-Jones及本會顧問Mrs Ruby Master亦有出席。當天有3位新會員加入。
The Helena May and the Hong Kong Girl Guides have a very close relationship. Hong Kong Girl Guides and the Helena May celebrated the Centenary together in 2016. Its style matched the colonial architecture around the building. In 1993, the exterior of The Helena May was declared a heritage building by the Antiquities and Monuments Office of Hong Kong.
We are total in 24 members, including Sir David Akers-Jones and Mrs Ruby Master were there together. And 3 new members encolled in the event.

本會在二月舉行了新春團拜暨燒烤樂，籍著新春喜慶日子，讓各會員歡聚一堂之餘，亦可享受戶外樂趣。當天有45位會員和朋友參加，各參加者都享受當天活動，氣氛熱鬧。
We held a Lunar New Year Gathering cum BBQ Fun in February. There were 45 members and friends participated. We all enjoyed the progammes and the weather.

馬來西亞皇后東姑阿茲莎阿米娜殿下是亞太之友贊助人。她盡心盡力，透過她的專業意見支持大會。並多次參加亞太之友所舉辦的活動。
Her Majesty The Queen of Malaysia Princess Azizah Iskandar is the patron of Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS. She contributes her time and expertise to supporting our wonderful cause, and regularly attends our regional events and gatherings.

Dato' Dr. Juseon Byun
來自韓國的Dato' Dr. Juseon Byun曾是亞太區委員會主席。於1999年，她組織一群有心人，透過會員之捐獻來支援亞太的工作。並命名為「亞太之友」。
Dato' Dr. Juseon Byun (Korean) was the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Committee years ago. In 1999, she organized a friends group to enable membership donations to be used to support the work of the Asia Pacific Committee. It is named as "Friends Of Asia Pacific".
FAPW Working Group工作小組
(2020-2023)
亞太之友工作小組的任務是提升會員活動及亞太之友的工作。於每3年一次之會員大會中選出6名委員，任期為3年。
The significant role of the FAPW Working Group is to promote membership and work of the FAPW. During each General Assembly of the FAPW, a Working Group of six members are elected for a three year term.
